Becky has been working in the insurance industry since 1988. Her experience began while working on the carrier side and now working directly for the employer, employee lending itself to Benefit Strategies that incorporate all lines of coverage. Her focus is on a 3-5 year benefit strategy incorporating employee health/productivity, benefit designs that support choice, education direct to the consumer and incentives that create a healthier workforce. She has the privilege of working for medium to large employers throughout Montana. Either fully-insured or self-insured, health, dental, vision, life, disability, Flex/H.S.A’s/H.R.A’s and supplemental plans are managed by Becky and her team of 3 Account Managers. Becky has a B.S. in Speech Communication from the University of Texas at Austin. Becky is married to Bob, a 6th grade teacher and enjoys their 2 sons and dog Tana. The family enjoys skiing, fishing, campfires, sitting in bleachers and watching their kid’s sports and participating in their community!
