Kristi joined PayneWest in 2021 as personal insurance client executive. She comes to the PayneWest team with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Specializing in client services, account management, and marketing throughout her career. In her role, Kristi is able to take her broad knowledge of insurance along with her love for marketing to create new opportunities. She was awarded Oregon 2019 Outstanding CSR of the Year by PIAWest.

Kristi graduate from Oregon State University with a degree in merchandising management and marketing. Kristi is involved in the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce and is the current Board President of the Downtown Corvallis Association. She is active in the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis.

In her spare time she enjoys creating knitted items and other home décor crafts for a boutique in Corvallis. She and her husband, Dan, enjoy camping, spending time with their dog, Hines, and exploring all that Oregon has to offer. Kristi is excited to continue her career with PayneWest, an organization that shares her values and passion for customer relationships.
