Renae started with PayneWest in Boise, Idaho, in 2016, where she focuses on private client services and select commercial business. Renae began her insurance career while still attending Meridian High School as part of a professional development class. Over the past 30 years, her insurance experience has included claims, sales and management in personal, commercial and life insurance fields. Renae has developed specialized skills in the design and implementation of personal risk management programs that address the sophisticated needs of affluent and high-net worth individuals and families along with their related businesses.

Having moved to Idaho at age nine, Renae is "almost" an Idaho native. She attended Boise State University and is still a big Bronco fan. Renae is involved in many community service organizations and spends much of her free time working for those organizations. She also enjoys traveling, wine tasting and entertaining with her husband of 25 years.
