Rob is a sales executive and team lead for PayneWest in Medford. He is also a member of the Private Client Group. Rob joined PayneWest in 2009 as a personal insurance sales executive. Along with Rookie of the Year, and annual recognition from PayneWest, Rob has also won the Safeco Elite Producer award every year since its inception. He is passionate about finding unique solutions for his clients and serving in his community.

Rob grew up in Frazier Park, California, and moved to Mt. Shasta in 1991 with his family—where he went to junior and senior high school. After school, Rob moved to the Rogue Valley in Oregon where he immediately fell in love with the people and landscape.

Rob has been a volunteer with Rogue Valley Youth for Christ (YFC) at the Phoenix Campus Life Youth Club since 2015. He loves how working with kids gives him a renewed perspective on life every week. Rob feels that YFC is an amazing organization that finds ways to truly meet kids where they are.

Rob and his wife, Alyssa, live in Jacksonville, Oregon, and spend their free time exploring the all of the spaces Southern Oregon offers. When possible, they love to vacation where there is an ocean (specifically where that ocean is warm).
